How much does my website cost?
Baseline templates are $299 one-time; premium templates are $399. Both include the first year of hosting and care. After that, renewal is $109 per year.
When will my website be ready?
Your website can be live in as little as 24 hours after you submit your completed questionnaire, subject to revisions and domain readiness. Every first preview is reviewed by Dot before it is shared with you.
Can I use my own domain?
Absolutely. We’ll give you the exact DNS records to update and check when they are ready. You can also start with a free yourchildcarewebsite.com subdomain.
What if I want something changed?
Two revision rounds are included when requested within 14 days of your first preview. Additional rounds are $49 each. A template change after the build starts is $199.
Do I need photos or finished website copy?
Your photos help your site feel like you. If you don’t have enough, you can request generated environment images. We can draft your words from your answers for you to review and edit.
What does the yearly renewal include?
Hosting, SSL, WordPress and plugin updates, security monitoring, server backups, support, and up to two small text or image edit requests per month. Larger work is quoted separately.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel your renewal anytime, and your site stays up through the paid period. Full refunds are available until you submit your questionnaire. After submission, refunds are at admin discretion.
Are the sample designs ready to purchase?
You can browse our new design previews, including full-page layouts and sample photos. Purchases will open after the designs complete final testing.
